We're constantly on the search for new and innovative trips to bring to the schools market.
Take our Palestinian Geography Explorer, currently in development. Until my recent trip to Israel and Palestine, I had no idea just how amazing and diverse the geography of the region is! Basalt columns, rift valleys, erosion craters (also known as a ‘makhtesh’!), the dead sea (at over 400m below sea-level 'and falling'), deserts, water resource issues and conflict, traditional olive harvests in Palestinian villages, volcanic pipes, horticultural trade issues and, of course, the Palestinian / Israeli conflict which is sometimes used as a case study in A2 Geography syllabuses.
Then there's our new Inner Mongolia and Panda school expedition. A truly off-the-beaten-track adventure deep into the grasslands of Inner Mongolia to follow the crumbling remains of the Great Wall. And who could resist helping out those fluffy balls of black and white as part of a project phase? It's a bargain too at around £3,300 per student for a 22 day expedition.
